Where We've Come From

In 2006, I was invited to attend the Maximum Impact Simulcast in another city in New Brunswick.  Desiring to bring others along this journey of leadership development with me, I presented this opportunity to a group of business leaders.  Their vision was greater than mine for that year... they did not want to go to another city to see it, they wanted it here in the Miramichi.  Seven weeks later we hosted our first Maximum Impact Simulcast.

Since 2007, we have partnered with local churches to provide a professional venue where men and women who want to serve their community come together to learn and grow - personally and professionally while adding value to those in our community and region.

Initially Impact Miramichi only hosted an annual event - the Maximum Impact Simulcast.  However, through feedback from attendees over these past three years, we have sought to bring additional leadership development in other ways at other venues.  We are pleased to provide Leadership Luncheons that enable men and women to add value to themselves by joining with other leaders to learn and discuss principles of leadership over a light lunch.  Also, we offer workshop & mentoring opportunities that take leadership development to a deeper level for your entire team.  Check them out using the above links.

Where We're Going

Our goal is to continue to partner with local leaders to provide opportunities for future growth with adults and youth.  We have been able to provide scholarships for students to attend the annual simulcast - reaching a valuable part of our community. And this will continue to grow and expand over time as we seek innovative ways to develop leaders using materials from Dr. John C. Maxwell. Check out the link to his site here.
